My whole body froze and I felt myself begin to gag with disgust. It was a good thing they had removed the tape because I really was going to be sick if he did this, if he—
Suddenly a huge black shape cut through the crowd. It jumped up onto the rock and grabbed Drake Wilkes by the throat.
TWENTY
I gasped when I saw what the shape was—a huge black wolf, almost as big as a horse with silver tips on its fur that gleamed in the moonlight.
I had my head twisted around and I barely had time to understand what was going on before the wolf tore out Drake’s throat. I felt the warm spatter of his blood on my back and my stomach twisted. I gagged but nothing came out and I watched helplessly as the enormous wolf turned his attention to Billy Masters next.
“Hey, wait now!” Billy, who had been up on the rock behind Drake waiting his turn, tried to back away and fell off. He landed in an awkward position on his back, his neck twisted the wrong way.
Since he was no longer a threat, the enormous wolf turned to Packmaster Saunders. It opened its mouth and I heard a low growl like words coming out.
“You dare,” it said. At least, I thought it was speaking. “Mine! She is mine!” Again, the growling sound was so thick it was hard to distinguish the words, but I was certain I was hearing them by now.
My mind flashed back to when Jack had told me he wasn’t a full Were because he could still speak in his Wolf form. He had also said his eyes didn’t change, but I was having a hard time getting a look at them since he and the Packmaster were behind me and my head was twisted awkwardly to the side to see them.
Saunders didn’t waste time talking. He was already shifting into a huge gray wolf—though it wasn’t as big as the black and silver wolf.
Jack’s wolf—or Jack in wolf form, I guess—pounced on him, knocking him off the rock. For as moment they were a tangle of snarling, snapping fury, rolling around in the crowd and knocking people other.
Some of the other males in the Pack were beginning to change too, I saw. It was like Jack’s wolf had triggered some kind of domino effect on the rest of the Pack. Everywhere I saw men tearing off their clothes and changing into wolves in the bright moonlight. The women were screaming and shouting and it was a general mess.
Meanwhile, I was still stuck there on all fours, naked and tied to the rock. I tugged at my bonds but the knots were too tight—I had to get out of here!
Just as I was thinking that, another wolf—not Jack—jumped up on the rock behind me. It shoved its snarling muzzle in my face, making me recoil.
“No—leave me alone!” I gasped, afraid that it would tear my face off.
But the new wolf clearly had other ideas. I saw the furry bulge between its hind legs quiver and suddenly a long, thick pole of pulsing red flesh appeared. It was wet and glistening in the moonlight and I had a horrible idea of what the new wolf had planned for me.
“No! No!” I screamed at it, tugging at my bonds uselessly. “Get away from me—get away!”
But clearly there was nothing I could do to change the wolf’s mind or stop it from doing what it wanted. It reared up over me and I felt the fur of its underside rubbing against my bare back. A moment later something wet and hot was probing between my legs, clearly looking for my pussy.
I felt like screaming. Was breeding all these Weres had on their minds? Was this because of the full moon or just because the wolf saw an opportunity to breed a female in his fur form when it might go unnoticed in all the chaos going on around the rock?
Again my skin felt like I had bugs crawling all over it. It didn’t matter that my attacker was a wolf instead of a man—the male still wasn’t Jack and my body still rejected him utterly and completely on those grounds.
But just as the blunt probe of the new wolf’s shaft found my entrance, the black wolf barrelled into it, knocking it off the rock and away from me.
I could have cried in relief but my danger wasn’t over yet. The clearing was full of horny werewolves—I had to get free of the damn rock and get out of here!
“Jack!” I shouted as loudly as I could. “Jack, help me!”
The black wolf with the silver tipped fur was suddenly on the rock beside me again.
“Hurry!” I gasped, tugging at the ropes that bound me to the metal rings in the rock. “I can’t get these untied—can you help me?”
