“This is so weird,” I gasp. “Nothing’s changed.” I bite my lip when I realize how thoughtless I sound. Of course something’s changed. Kain’s mom isn’t here anymore.

“We never get round to decorating,” Kain says.

I wonder if that’s true or if he’s covering up the grief his father and brothers feel, not wanting to step out of the shadow of the past like my mom.

“It’s nice…familiar…”

“Tired looking,” he corrects.

Dalton appears from the direction of the kitchen and Blake at the top of the stairs.

Three huge men who seem even larger when they’re together.

Damn.

As I look them over, taking in broad chests, muscular arms and thick thighs, I’m not so confident that I can handle this anymore.

BLAKE

Gabriella looks like a rabbit caught in the headlights of a juggernaut, and I don’t blame her. She’s one average-sized woman and we are three large, looming men.

We’ve set up the broad outline for this deal between us, but as far as I know, we’ve never actually dealt with tonight’s situation.

We’re all home.

And Gabriella’s in our territory.

Three hungry wolves and one unsuspecting Little Red Riding Hood.

We really are going to eat her all up.

“Would you like a drink?” Kain asks. Good idea. She could use a double vodka to loosen up for what might be coming.

Obviously, everything that happens will be based on her fantasies and with her consent. This deal is for Gabriella, and we’re just happy to be along for the ride. But I’m hopeful she might have something specific in mind for tonight, something involving all three of us.

“Let’s raid Dad’s liquor cabinet,” I say, jogging down the stairs before anyone can disagree. I grab a bottle of vodka, whisky, and some rum that I think he bought on a trip to Jamaica with Mom. Wielding them like a pro, I head to the kitchen, resting the bottles on the countertop so that I can search out glasses and mixers.

“What would you like, Gab?” I ask.

“Vodka and coke,” she says softly. Fuck, she looks good. I pour a double measure of vodka and slowly fill the glass with bubbling Pepsi, which is all we have.

When I hand it to her, she takes three long gulps and licks her lips, letting out a breath that sounds nervous. I don’t feel the same, but I like the warm spread of alcohol down my throat and into my belly. I enjoy the softening of my mind that comes from having a drink. I tend to get lost in my racing thoughts, but I don’t want to do that tonight. I want to focus on Gab. I want to deliver what she wants.

Dalton has a shot of whisky. Kain abstains because his training schedule doesn’t leave room for hangovers. I make rum and coke, and down it in record speed.

Who knows how long we’ve got before Dad returns. Maybe a couple of hours. That leaves no time to nurse drinks like we’re at a neighborhood social.

Gabriella’s eyes dart around the kitchen, avoiding all of us and fixating on things like the copper pots hanging on the wall and the weird, colorful flat basket that Mom brought from Greece.

Someone needs to deal with the elephant in the room before it gets any more awkward.

“So, Gab. How do you want to play this?” I ask, dropping my head to one side so I can study her reactions. There’s a risk that in this pressured situation, she might conceal her true feelings. “Do you want just one of us tonight? That would be Kain, as the current schedule stands.” It sounds weird describing our deal in this way, but we might as well be upfront. “Or all of us, one at a time. Or all of us together. We’re down for whatever your fantasy is.”

She blinks her wide green eyes more slowly than usual and her throat moves on a big swallow. This isn’t good. I don’t want her to be uncomfortable about asking for what she wants. I rest my hand on her arm. “Just say what’s on your mind. Nothing you can say will be taken badly, okay?”

“I’m nervous,” she admits. “Nervous that I’ll ask for what I want, and I won’t be able to handle it.”

“You want us all, but you’re worried it’ll be too much?”

She nods, biting at the edge of her finger, cheeks flushing and eyes wide. My dick thickens against my underwear, already ready for whatever she has in mind.

“You don’t have to worry,” Dalton says. “It’s your first time. We’ll be careful, and anytime you want to stop, all you have to do is ask.”

“Okay,” she says softly, and I remove my hand so that she can finish the rest of her drink. “Let’s do this before your dad gets home.”

The way Gabriella says those words is filled with determination. She gulps down the rest of the vodka, slamming the glass on the counter with gusto, and all the while, my mind tries to process that this is really going to happen. I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited about anything in my whole damned life. I don’t know about my brothers, but this has been a fantasy that I’ve had forever. As soon as we admitted to each other that we had the same more-than-friend level feelings about Gabriella, I imagined her at the center of all of us. An angel worshiped by three mere mortals.
