I release her face to grasp a hold of her waist. My eyes fall to her ass, her cheeks clapping around my cock as I drive forward. Saga claws at the countertop, but can’t find purchase.
I grab a handful of the front of her hair, and with my other hand, I start to finger her and pound at the same time. She loses it. When she gives an open-mouthed, silent scream, I roar with satisfaction, releasing into the barrier between us.
I’ve snatched her fucking voice and I have no remorse about it. I’m seconds from beating my damn chest. Dipping my head, I suck on the skin of her shoulder before giving it a little nip.
“Oww,” she says hoarsely and wiggles her ass. “Bi…”
She can’t even get my name out. Her voice is officially stripped. I slap her ass and chuckle.
“Come on, baby. There’s more house to bless.”
CHAPTER 32
Settling In
Saga
“Have you decided which rooms you want to change?” Bishop murmurs against the top of my head as we lie in bed.
We’ve only moved to shower and brush our teeth this morning after we returned to bed for a lazy day in. Bishop will have to head into the studio tomorrow. I’m soaking in all the love and attention I can get.
Resting in his arms has gone a long way to soothe my emotions. I run my hand across his bare chest and inhale. He’s so warm and comforting.
I clear my throat, before trying to speak through my horse voice. “Can I be honest?”
“Of course.”
“It hasn’t felt like home, so I didn’t think much about it.”
He’s silent for a moment, but I swear I can hear him thinking. He runs his fingertips up and down my spine, pulling me further under his spell.
“You don’t like this place? We can look for another.”
“No, that’s not what I’m saying.”
“You said it doesn’t feel like home. I want our place to feel like yours.”
“It didn’t feel like home when I got here. Not until you got back. Where you are is my home. Now it feels right. Let me think about if I would change anything. I’ll let you know.”
“That’s fair. I just want you happy. Say the word and I’ll make it happen.”
“Thank you.”
“For?”
“Always making sure I’m taken care of. Since the day we met, you’ve been looking out for me. I think that’s what made me fall in love with you. You didn’t know me, but you did everything in your power to make sure I was all right.”
“I’d do it again in a heartbeat.”
“I love you.”
He tips my head back and takes my lips in a devouring kiss. My toes curl and I start to get wet all over again. After last night, I would think I couldn’t or wouldn’t want more sex, but the exhaustion is forgotten as my body softens for him.
“I love you too,” he breathes against my lips as he breaks the kiss and pushes into me.
“Bishop,” I moan through my raw voice.
“Fuck, I can’t get enough of you,” he groans.
I wrap my legs around his waist and dig my nails into his back. Suddenly, it’s like our time together all starts to play in my head. The first time I looked into his eyes, the talk we had that first night.
All the talks in between. This man has charmed me and broken into my heart with his lyrics, but most of all, with his attention to what I need. Like now, he’s gentle as he rocks me to my climax.
It’s not rough and demanding like last night. His movements are slow and sensual. Each kiss he places against my skin speaks its own love language. A language I’ve become accustomed to and now crave.
“Yes, yes, oh my god,” I cry out as best I can.
Bishop
As much as I want to lie here and hold Saga in my arms all day, I need to get up and feed us both. She’s passed out again, looking absolutely gorgeous in my bed.
Earlier when she said this didn’t feel like home, I started to think of all the neighborhoods I wouldn’t mind raising a family in. I was ready to move into her dream home if that’s what it took to make her happy.
Hearing her say home is where I am made my heart swell. I feel the same way. I can’t stop smiling as I pull on a pair of sweats and head downstairs.
“Hey, Chan,” I say to my chef, Chandler.
“Bishop,” he croons. “What’s going on, man? It’s good to see you back. I see congratulations are in order.”
“Thanks, bro. Have you met her?”
“Not yet, today’s my first day back.”
I nod. I didn’t want to overwhelm Saga with my staff, so I asked my house manager not to have them all come in until I returned. I’m sure Dwayne took care of her food while I was away.
