I had seen my fair share of insanely fit men, but Nathan may as well have been the definition of Kace Tomlin spank bank fantasy material. Tall, tanned, muscled from hard work, with soft hair in all of the right places.

“You give every hookup the fireside treatment, or is it just because I’m old?” he teased me, watching me as I walked over toward him, slowly pulling off every piece of clothing I had on, too.

“Who says you’re a hookup?” I teased him right back.

A smile tugged at the corner of his mouth. “Something tells me this isn’t strictly a business meeting.”

I pulled in a slow breath as I leaned in close to his neck, his clean, warm scent already taking me right back to the last time I’d been close to him in his guest bedroom.

“And who says you’re old?” I murmured gently as I leaned in, kissing the side of his neck, taking my time now. I let my hands travel up the front of his body, sliding along his nipples and up toward his pecs before I wrapped my arms around the top of his shoulders. “I think you are the perfect fuckin’ age, my friend.”

I punctuated my last few words with kisses own to his collarbone, then further. I let my tongue slide out and flicked the tip over his nipple, and he pulled in a quiet hiss of breath.

He reached up to touch my hips and that was when I realized his hands were shaking a little.

I paused, kissing his skin gently before pulling back. A quick glance down at his hands showed that I definitely hadn’t been imagining it. He was so nervous right now that his hands were shaking.

“Christ,” he said softly as I laced my fingers through his, squeezing his hands to help steady him.

“Hey,” I said. I could see the flicker of the fireplace in his eyes as I looked at him. “You okay?”

“What? I’m fine,” he said quickly, but his eyes were still wide, and he pulled in a lungful of air soon after.

I brought one of his hands up to my mouth and kissed the back of it. “I don’t want any of this if you don’t, Nathan.”

I was usually the type to jump right into the deep end with people, no holds barred. I had no shame in my game, but there was no chance in hell I was going to do this unless I knew Nathan was right here with me. I sure as fuck didn’t want to pump the brakes, but I could if I needed to.

I reached a hand up, running my fingers through his soft hair. He sighed softly, letting his eyelids flutter shut under my touch.

“I think I want it so bad it’s freaking me the fuck out,” he finally said, his eyes opening again to look at me. “You’re…”

He shook his head, letting his words trail off.

“What am I?” I murmured softly, letting him have time to think as I stroked my fingers through his hair again.

“You’re all I can think about,” he finally blurted out. “Goddamn, Kace, you have no idea. I look for your texts every time I check my phone. I watched that video you sent me so many times I lost count. I dreamed of you about four times this week. I have no idea why, and I have zero clue what I’m doing, but I know I’m not supposed to want you this much—”

I hummed as I leaned in, crushing my lips to his. “You,” I growled against his lips, reaching back to squeeze his ass cheeks in my hands. “You think you’re not ‘supposed’ to want me? What if all I’m trying to do is get you to want me?”

He leaned in to kiss me again before he answered me, as if he was thirsty for another kiss from me. Like he couldn’t have even waited another second to kiss me.

And that was exactly how I fucking wanted him.

He groaned a minute later, breaking for air. “Why do you have to be so good at everything you do?” he asked. “World-class football player, painfully good-looking, and an expert at confusing guys who thought they were straight?”

A smile tugged at the corner of my mouth, and an idea occurred to me. “That is exactly the kind of triple threat I want to be. Now, come with me.”

I took off across the soft white rug in the living room, making my way down to the hallway. I glanced behind me, catching Nathan staring at my ass as I walked off before he started following me.

“Where are we going?” he asked as I led him down the long hall, to a place of the house I hadn’t shown him before.

“We’re going up,” I told him.

There were a pair of glass double doors at the end of the hall that led outside into the night air. It was still warm enough outside to be my favorite kind of nighttime weather: perfect naked weather.
