“I like that picture,” he says from over my shoulder. “Save it as my screensaver,” he says, going to get his coffee, then opening the fridge to grab some orange juice.

“And cancel Austin’s balls. Are you sure?” I say, smiling at the iPad.

He grabs some cereal out of the pantry and pours himself a bowl.

“I can’t believe it’s almost eleven,” I say, closing the iPad. “My body is stiff from sleeping on the couch. I’m going to go stretch,” I tell him as I get off the stool and put my cup in the sink.

“Dishwasher,” he says with his mouth full of cereal.

I roll my eyes at him and put it in the dishwasher. Shaking my head, I go to the living room, unrolling the towel from my hair, my damp hair falling down. I take my hair and braid it to the side. I start with my hands on the side, putting one arm in front of me and the other on my shoulder. I repeat with the other arm. I then bend forward with my legs together, grabbing my ankles, bringing my head to my shins, and stretching my legs. I breathe in and out when I feel his hand move my shirt up over my ass.

“We should do this naked,” he says, dropping his shorts that he is wearing.

I laugh at him as I stand up, having the shirt cover me back up.

“This is too much clothing,” he says as he pulls my shirt over my head. “Now this is so much better, don’t you think?”

I shake my head and turn around. He wants to play with fire, I’m going to burn him. So, I start my stretching again left to right. I look over my shoulder as he mimics my moves. I bend over in front of him, grabbing my ankles again. He bends his knees a little, aligning his cock with me. He bends over me.

“Is this couples’ yoga?” he asks as he starts to move his hips. “Like should I thrust into you for you to be centered?”

“Where did you learn that from?” I laugh as I’m trying not to focus on his hardness.

“I saw it in a movie once,” he says and then starts going again. “Boom.” Thrust. “Boom.” Thrust. “Boom.” Thrust. “Boom.” I’m about to open my legs and give him access when I hear a woman’s voice shrieking.

“What on earth is going on here?”

My head snaps up and I’m staring at a blond woman wearing a linen skirt and matching jacket.

My mouth opens, sending out a shriek as I jump up and cover myself with my hands. I bend over to grab the T-shirt that Noah just took off me, putting it in front of me.

“Really, Noah?” this woman asks again as I take her in. Her hair is perfectly coifed, a Chanel bag in one hand.

“Mother,” he says and my head snaps back as I take in Noah bending over to grab his shorts and placing them in front of him. He also gets in front of me, blocking me from his mother, who is not even trying to cover her eyes. “Have you ever heard of knocking? Or, I don’t know, ringing?” he says as I hold the shirt to my chest and lean into his back as I close my eyes and wish for the floor to swallow me whole.

“I did. I knocked and nothing, so I used my key,” she says, going to the couch sitting down, looking around sniffing. “What is that smell?” she says. “Aren’t you going to dismiss her?” she says, getting comfortable.

“Mother, if anyone is going to be dismissed it’s you. You can’t just barge in here.” He stops mid-sentence because her hand goes up.

“Seriously, Noah, did you not have enough last night and this morning?” She shakes her head, doing a tsking sound. “And no condom. I thought you knew better. She’s probably trying to trap you into a child or”—she looks over—“give you something.”

My back snaps and so does my head.

“Leave.” I hear Noah shout.

“No,” I say from behind him, putting my shirt on, then stepping in front of him. “For your information, I don’t want anything from him besides, well, besides all of him,” I stutter out. Nice time to get blocked for words. “You don’t even know me and yet you come in here, unannounced, and assume you know the type of person I am. Wow. I see he didn’t get that from you.” I’m about to walk away, but Noah’s hand comes out to grab mine.

“I think you need to go, Mother, and how about next time you call and not use your key. You never know how you will catch us. And there will be a next time,” he says, his hand moving around my shoulder while his shorts still cover his penis.
