Sometimes, he thought it was a perverse thing that out of all the sexual needs one might have, this was what got him off, but it didn’t matter when he had such a willing partner, so he grabbed his cock and jerked off, gaze focused on that beautifully ruined face. “You want this, slut?”

Clover’s eyes were a blur of tears, but his pupils focused on Drake’s cockhead. “I’ve wanted it for a long time,” he rasped, rocking his hips helplessly.

Drake’s head exploded with heat. He couldn’t wait for some downtime to put the boy to use. Tease him naked and leave him hanging for hours in restraints. Whether Clover liked it or not didn’t need to be considered when it only happened in Drake’s head.

He came, and when his cum painted white lines on Clover’s tongue, pleasure reached its peak. Drake watched Clover take the abuse to not only swallow his release but even lick his lips, as if it had been the best load he’d ever had.

They watched one another for a long stretch of time that left Drake craving more, but now wasn’t the right moment. He tucked himself in and hauled Clover to his feet, happy to see the bulge at the front of those skinny jeans.

Clover arched for a kiss and tried to rub himself against Drake’s thigh like a horny puppy, but Drake pulled him back by the hair, still panting.

“Lesson two, patience. I will let you come in the evening but if I find out you jerked off before that, training is over, understood?”

Despite having just come down that sexy throat, saying those words sent Drake on a power trip. The look of dread on Clover’s face only made it better.

“But… what? Evening?” he whimpered, rocking his hips in the air.

If Drake had the time for it, he would have put a vibrating plug up Clover’s ass for good measure and cuffed him to one of the branches. Another time.

“Evening,” he agreed and grabbed Clover’s shoulder, directing him toward the road.

He felt like a new man.

Chapter 16 – Clover

Clover was shell-shocked after going from sheer panic, to arousal, to peace within the span of half an hour. He still tasted Drake’s cum after the rough face-fuck, and his knees remained wobbly, but Drake was a steady presence next to him, leading Clover through the beautiful woods. He had his hand entangled in the long hair at the back of Clover’s head and used it as a leash while Clover struggled with the fear that if he stumbled, the hold on his mane would be the only thing keeping him from breaking his neck.

Because Drake hadn’t removed the cuffs.

Yet Clover had no doubt about his actual safety. Drake had finally broken, and he’d chosen to act on the instincts that must have been tearing him apart for quite some time, because when he had acted, he hadn’t hesitated.

Tank could be rough sometimes, and hold Clover’s neck, but Drake took that to a whole new level. Controlled, calculating, he’d restricted Clover’s airflow, and Clover was still stunned with just how much he’d enjoyed the thrill of it in safe hands.

They walked back to the road in silence. Clover was still stunned by what he’d found out about Drake’s past. Terrifying, real horrors which hit too close to home. But knowing what kind of thing Drake had survived made him all the more impressive in Clover’s eyes. The man had gone through the pit of Hell, but he’d emerged strong, capable, and proficient.

Clover wanted to be like that too. He wanted to learn, to gain skills, which might be crucial for his survival one day. He wouldn’t be the mouse.

After ten minutes of walking, they heard their names called. Drake touched his curved palm to his lips, creating half a tube, and shouted back. “We’re coming. I have Clover.”

So maybe it wasn’t much, but the fact that his name had been called out along with Drake’s made his chest warm and his gait steadier as they approached the road, but that fizzled out the moment he spotted blood-covered fingers.

A dead body lay in the sparse grass. Clover’s lungs ached, and he tried to speed up to avoid seeing it in too much detail, but the hold Drake had on his head was merciless.

“You wanted to be prepared. That’s how you can start,” he said softly, steering Clover toward the bloodstained form sprawled between trees.

Clover had gotten a glimpse at Riggs’s corpse and had witnessed Drake killing the three people who had attacked them before, but this felt different. Despite the nausea rising in his throat, he didn’t fight Drake’s hold on his hair and looked.

The man must have been killed by the explosion. The side of his face was covered by dark burns, and the impact had embedded small rocks in skin. One of the man’s eyes was still open, staring lifelessly at the sky while the other drooped into the burned flesh.
