She moans. “Sergei.” Her eyelashes flutter.

“Tell me, princess.” I yank up her shirt and suck one of her hard nipples into my mouth, my cock still begging to push deeper inside her. But I won’t, not until she says it.

“I–” She gasps when I bite down on her stiff peak.

Then I hear something else.

A low hum. The sound of an engine, one I can’t miss. It’s the purr of a McLaren.

“Fuck!” I bite her breast. I love it when she gasps.

When I meet her gaze again, her pupils are blown, her cheeks pink with heat. Pulling out, I sit back and just look down at her, at her fucking sexy body and her dripping wet cunt.

“Wh-what is–”

“I know you’re in here, motherfucker! Open up!” My brother’s muffled voice comes from the bottom floor of the warehouse.

I run a hand through my hair and grab Olivia’s shirt, yanking it down to cover her. “Stay in here. Don’t open the door, no matter what you hear.” I force myself to my knees and then my feet. My cock is still rock hard, and the sight of her spread on the floor isn’t helping. “Here.” I take her hand and pull her to her feet. “Stay put.”

She blinks, the lust clearing from her eyes and fear replacing it. “Who is it?”

I grip the nape of her neck and pull her in for another kiss. “Don’t worry. Just sit tight.” I grab my gun and head into my closet, throwing on some pants and a shirt. “Put these on.” I toss her some of my boxers. “You’ll be safe here.”

She snorts at that. “All evidence points to the contrary.”

I smirk. “You were safe on the floor, princess.”

She eyes the gun I’ve tucked into my waistband. Clever little minx still looking for a way out. What she doesn’t know–and what I’ve just come to realize myself–is that I’m never letting her go. Not for revenge and certainly not for my father. This little Fernandino is mine. Every last morsel of her. And nothing is going to get in my way from having her all to myself. Not logic, not tradition, and not my dumbass brother.

“I’m about to start shooting if you don’t open this goddamn elevator!” Sal bellows.

“Just wait, asshole!” I’ll figure the details out later. But for right now, I need to get rid of him so I can get back to claiming my princess.

OLIVIA

I stare at the closed bedroom door. The fear I first felt when I originally got here floods my body. It’s a realization of the fact that I haven’t truly been scared of Sergei since I stepped off the elevator into his home. A place I don’t think he was supposed to bring me. Now someone from the Taletti family is here to collect. It’s a harsh reminder of reality.

From the sound of the man shouting, I don’t think he’s going to be anything like Sergei. I pull the boxers on, trying to cover up and make myself feel less vulnerable. Thankfully, my hips keep them in place after I roll the top of them a couple times. Sergei's shirt falls, covering them completely.

My whole body tenses when I hear another shout. I can't just stand here. I should be doing something. Like trying to find something I could use to protect myself. There has to be other weapons in here. I start searching around. When I pull open the top drawer of Sergei’s dresser, my eyes land on a phone. I grab it, but a locked screen pops up.

There is only one number you can call when a phone is locked. The concept of calling 911 is foreign to me. This might be the one and only time I should do it. They could track me down. Then what? A standoff? A shootout? A hostage situation?

The thought of the consequences is enough to deter me from pressing the button at the moment. I shouldn’t care, but I do. But I also need to be smart. I have no idea who is outside the door and if that will affect the way that Sergei acts toward me. He may have been fine when we were alone, but his loyalty will always be to his family.

I continue my search in the dresser but don’t uncover anything that I can use. I grab the phone and head for the closet. Sergei has to have a stash of weapons in here somewhere.

“Have you lost your fucking mind?” I hear the new male voice shout. It’s closer now and more clear. My hand tightens around the phone. A war rages inside of me over what I should do.

“I actually think I fucking found it.” Sergei barks back.

“Father will kill you. It’s been a damn nightmare keeping him from coming after you.” Oh crap. It’s his brother.
